Brand New Super Yacht Joining Virgin Traders

Horizon 74 MY Viaggio is heading for the British Virgin Islands, she is available for Charter from mid November 2008.

Viaggio’s Texan Owners, Dennis and Scott, have gone to extraordinary lengths to design a Yacht that they would like to spend time on, and have fun.

The result of their efforts is this Super High Spec Crewed Motor Yacht which blows the competition away, and by some margin.

Viaggio is 'raising the bar' down in the Islands as regards quality, performance, comfort and fun in the world of Motor Yacht Charter.

An experienced qualified crew coupled with a beautiful Yacht are ready to make sure that you have the most wonderful vacation possible, and in a glorious part of the world.

On offer is a 3 double stateroom, brand new, state of the art Yacht.

An all inclusive charter which includes all food, fuel for 2 hours cruising a day, open bar ( does not include 150 yr old brandy! ) of soft drinks, wines, spirits, and beers.

Local taxes of National Parks, Cruising Permits and Visar contributions are all included.

The Captain and Chef will liaise with guests prior to charter to ensure the 'what, where and how', together with menus and meal selections plus any dietary requirements are all covered.

Crew quarters are aft of the engine room and are separate from Guest Staterooms, privacy is therefore entirely possible.

Staterooms are inter commed to each other, and the Crew, so if you need breakfast in bed just call!

MY Viaggio also has some surprises onboard, she is being fitted with very powerful underwater lights from mid section and all the way around the aft end.

This will light up the area underwater around the yacht and views of sea life at night will be astonishing!

Imagine sitting on the aft deck swim platform, glass in hand sipping gently, whilst viewing natures own show right there in front of you, now that's special!

She is also being outfitted with 50 inch flat screen TV hooked to a sound system which will take your breath away. In fact the sound system throughout the yacht with IPOD docking stations will ensure that, if you wish to, this yacht will rock.

A full office suite is provided, fax, phone and internet is available onboard, this offers instant communication with the rest of the world should you need this.

Viaggio is powered up with over 3000 hp Caterpillar diesels, she is able to cruise at plus 20 knots to power you around the Islands.

Whilst primarily based British Virgin Islands, Viaggio is more than capable of going down island.

Her onboard radar and state of the art Navigation systems are well up to the task of heading to your desired location.

So if for instance you were to say "Skipper, I would like to wake up in the morning approaching St Barts..." This is entirely possible. Viaggio is able to expand your experiences and horizons, all you have to do is ask her.

Water toys, snorkel equipment etc etc etc is all available, Crew will be asking you what you would like onboard. Viaggio comes with a powerful Rib

  • MY Viaggio is currently in build at the Horizon Yard.

  • Present reports on build progress are that the Yacht is on schedule, and will be delivered into the BVI during October of the this year.
  • She is booked into the BVI Charter Yacht Show at Village Cay in November.

Specifications
  • Main Engines are Twin Caterpillar 1550hp marine diesels.
  • Cruise speed is estimated mid 20 knots, will not know for sure until after sea trials and will amend this. Over 3000hp should provide plenty of speed at cruise though.
  • Two Northern Lights 30 Kva Generators.
  • 2000 gallons of diesel fuel.
  • Vacuum flush heads.
  • Minimum 16ft centre consol rib with 110hp outboard.

When asked for some more detail on the onboard A/V systems the owner, Dennis M, responded thus:-

We have designed a media center, using Windows Media Server. The computer will have about 8 terabyte, and can store over a 1000 movie collection, plus 10, 000 songs. It will have the capability to have IPOD inputs in each stateroom, as well as the crew qtrs, flybridge and salon. Speakers everywhere, from stern to bow, inside and out. The system will have Xbox 360. I personally have 400 recent movies and about 5000 songs to put on the system. This doesn't even include the music and movies Scott has. We are putting flat screen TV in each stateroom, in the salon, galley, and on the aftdeck. This should be a great media center.A/V system inside and outside. State of the art BlueRay DVD...

There are NO discounts available on this Yacht. This is an extraordinarily good rate, and is priced to introduce this wonderful yacht to the market.
